The harmful gases processed by BJS type acid mist purification tower are acid mist (H 2 SO 4), hydrogen chloride (HCL), gas and hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromic acid mist (GrO 3), hydrocyanic acid (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S), ammonia gas (NH 3), water-soluble gas such as alkali vapor. Sodium hydroxide is used as the absorption neutralization solution, the solution concentration is 2 ~ 6%, and the purification efficiency is above 95%.
The glass fiber reinforced plastic absorption tower is made in sections, and the outer surface of the tower is made of water-resistant and aging-resistant gel coat resin as the anti-aging surface layer. The thickness of the gel coat layer is not less than 0.5mm. Fine cloth is used as the anti-aging coating. Its resin content is not less than 75%. The number of layers is laid according to large technical standards. The resin content is 60 ~ 70%, which makes the tower's strength absolutely reliable.
